The stand is clearly not fit for purpose. The company denies any problem despite video evidence. Beware of dealing with this company they will not refund anything even if not fit for purpose. Refer to productreview.com.au for unfiltered unbiased reviews. Customer service is dreadful.

Love the three bottles I bought. With the cover the desk stand stays fixed. I do not know if that’s intentionally but it works great for me. I pick it up and place it automatically on the stand wherever I go. Easy in the hand, nice to drink and absolute eyecatcher.
